What you have to do:
Eat one bowl of kelloggs special K or other Kellogg's cereal for
breakfast (Aporx 45g) with semi skimmed milk. And then one bowl
later in the day either replacing lunch or dinner.
You don't have to change any thing else. You can have the same
drinks and snacks as you normally would.
Recommended:
You should eat plenty of fruit and veg, and ensure that you have
one well balanced meal a day. 1 quarter protein (Meat, fish) 1 quarter
carbohydrates (potatoes,rice,pasta) and 1 quarter Vitamins (Vegetables)
For How Long?
2 weeks weight loss should be 3 - 6lbs
