East Grinstead Lacrosse Club is the only lacrosse club in Sussex - we would like to welcome everyone and anyone to come along and play the sport you are undoubtably attacted to if you've played before, or give this fast, hard-hitting sport a try. Players of all standards are welcome - whether you've played for a number of years, or you haven't even seen the game.
