The National Childbirth Trust (NCT) is a charity which offers information and support in pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood. The East Grinstead branch (including Lingfield, Ashurstwood and Forest Row) offers:

Ante-natal classes; breast feeding counseling, books and leaflets to buy or borrow; valley cushion and breast pump hire; Mava bras for sale (free fitting); social activities from coffee mornings to curry evenings and dads' nights out; home birth support group; and postnatal support.

All this is run by parents and available to all - you don't have to be a member although new members are always welcome.

The local breast feeding drop in clinic which offers impartial information, and support to breast feeding mums is run at East Grinstead Clinic in St. Michael's Rd.
