Born in Orset, Essex, Chrissy, now a mother of three, lives in East Grinstead.

She spent three years training at the Bush Davies College in Drama, Song & Dance and then started her career in the entertainment business at the age of 17 as a dancer traveling throughout Europe.

Her career as a professional dancer blossomed, appearing in seven Royal Variety Shows and three Children’s Royal Variety Shows and has worked as Assistant Choreographer to some of the biggest names in choreography such as Paddy Stone, Jeff Richer, Carol Todd, Nigel Lythcoe, Anthony Van Laast on such shows as Little & Large, Paul Daniels Magic Show, The Two Ronnies, Not The Nine O’Clock News, Morecombe & Wise, The Mike Yarwood Show and many others.

Chrissy then trained as a stunt performer and, to date, has performed stunts (including martial arts, abseiling, horse work, falls, fights, power boat handling, jet skiing, water-skiing, snow skiing, fire work, car crashes and precision driving) in over 100 TV, film, theatre and TV commercial productions including:
